Terms and Conditions for On The Move Mobile Valet These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by On The Move Mobile Valet ("Company") to its customers ("Customer"). By engaging in any transaction or availing any service offered by On The Move Mobile Valet, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement: On The Move Mobile Valet agrees to provide professional and meticulous cleaning and detailing services to the Customer's vehicle, Machinery, Furniture, patios (non Exhaustive list) with the aim of enhancing its appearance. The specific services and pricing shall be agreed upon beforehand.

2. Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon amount for the services rendered by On The Move Mobile Valet. Payment shall be made in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Right to Refusal: On The Move Mobile Valet reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if the condition of the vehicle poses significant risk, or if it is deemed unsuitable for the requested services.

4. Liability: On The Move Mobile Valet shall exercise utmost care while servicing the Customer's vehicle; however, the Company shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle or its contents, including but not limited to scratches, dents, powertrain, electrical, mechanical, or loss during the service.

5. Customer's Responsibilities: It is the Customer's responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the vehicle and its condition. The Customer shall remove all personal belongings prior to the service, ensuring that On The Move Mobile Valet shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling: The Customer must provide On The Move Mobile Valet with at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

By engaging On The Move Mobile Valet' services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the above Terms and Conditions. On The Move Mobile Valet reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time, with such modifications becoming effective upon posting on the Company's website.
